The position - Functions

Working within the customer service team (4 people) and reporting directly to the Head of Service, you are in charge of the management of back office work flows and customers calls.

Through helping our customers by phone or email to use and understand our platform interface and services, you will deal with numerous issues (technical, functional, contractual...) by establishing a permanent dialogue with our internal departments and partners.

You will also be involved in the development of monitoring data for invoicing.

Profile and experience

Management related degree, you have a general knowledge of business related disciplines (economics, law, accounting, finance, etc).
Ideally you have experience in the banking, insurance or brokerage services withiin a back / middle office or help desk environment.
Your personal qualities of discipline, organization, interpersonal skills and teamwork are critical for the position.
Fluent operational English is a must. Another language is a plus.
